What does it cost?
Solopreneur is $29 a month, Planner is $49 a month, Small Business is $79 a month, Enterprise is $199 a month. Each is a flat monthly price with its staff accounts included, and a year costs 10 months.
Do I pay for each person on the team?
No. Each plan is one price for the company: 2 accounts on Solopreneur, 2 accounts on Planner, 8 accounts on Small Business, unlimited accounts on Enterprise. Taking on seasonal crew never adds a fee per head.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial opens every feature on the top plan and asks for nothing but an email address or a Google account.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged, because we never asked for a card. Choose a plan to keep adding work. Until you do, the account is read-only: you can still sign in and look everything up, and nothing is deleted.
Is there a limit on how much stock I can add?
No. Every plan holds your whole catalogue, however many item types you rent out. The plans differ by the size of the team and what it does: run sheets and crew, vans and dispatch, reports.
Can I bring my spreadsheet?
Yes. Send it to us and we'll bring in your stock, customers and bookings, or add the items you rent most yourself, in the quantities you actually own. It's yours to export whenever you like.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from Billing. Moving to a smaller plan never deletes anything: every staff account stays, and only adding another waits until you're within its limit.
What happens if I stop paying?
The account goes read-only. You can still sign in, look everything up and export it, and nothing is deleted.
Can my team use it?
Small Business includes 8 staff accounts and Enterprise has no limit. Each person gets a role, so the crew sees the run sheet and the bookkeeper sees the invoices.
How is it different from general inventory software?
It's built around the return. A booking holds a count of interchangeable stock across dates, every item carries its own prep and cleaning days, and what comes back is counted good, damaged or missing against what left. If every piece you own needs its own serial number, asset-tracking software will suit you better.
Which currencies?
Your quotes and invoices can be in any of 160 currencies, with your logo and your tax rate. The subscription itself is billed in US dollars.
Can I show the client the plan?
Yes. Site plans and mood boards each have a view-only link you can send to the couple, the venue or the planner. They don't need an account.
Is it only for party rental?
It's for anyone who hires out reusable stock and needs it back: party rental, décor, wedding hire, marquees, and planners who own their furniture.
