For party rental companies

Party rental software that keeps your inventory moving

You rent the same 400 chairs over and over. What changes is who has them this weekend, what came back with a broken leg, and whether you can say yes to the next enquiry without walking out to a shelf.

Whatever leaves the building and has to come back.

  • Chairs
  • Tables
  • Linens
  • Chafing dishes
  • Bounce houses
  • Marquee lighting
  • Serving ware
  • Cool boxes

Everything is tracked as a bulk quantity rather than an asset record. Forty chairs are forty interchangeable units, which is how they are actually loaded, counted and lost.

What goes wrong

The three that cost you money.

  1. Two events, one set of chairs

A booking reserves a count of units across a date range, and every enquiry after it sees the reduced number. You find out about the clash while you can still do something about it, not on the loading bay at 6am.

  2. Linens do not come back ready

Each item carries its own turnaround: the days it spends being washed, dried and folded before it can go out again. Availability subtracts those days for you, so nothing gets promised to a Saturday while it is still in a laundry bag on Friday.

  3. Nobody knows what broke

The return is where the numbers actually change. Move units into damaged, maintenance or missing as you check them in, and the adjustment is written beside the quantity it changed - so next month you can see which line of stock is costing you.

How it works

One record, both ends of the building.

  1. Load your stock

The items you actually rent, in the quantities you actually have.

  2. Book against dates

Availability follows the booking, including turnaround days.

  3. Work the return

Count it in and put damage, repairs and losses where they belong.

  4. Trust the number

Every adjustment is recorded, so the next quote starts from a known figure.
