Every permission, and what it unlocks

Generated from the capability catalogue the app itself checks.

A role is a set of these. Nobody is an “admin” or a “staff member” here — those were fixed roles in an early version and they are gone. An owner composes a role out of the list below, and the app checks the same list on every screen and every action.

Permissions marked Read keep working when a subscription lapses; permissions marked Write stop until the bill is paid. Nothing is ever deleted or hidden by a lapse.

Editing roles is not on this list

There is deliberately no permission for editing roles. If there were, whoever held it could grant themselves every other one, which is a hole through the middle of the system. Only the owner of the business reaches the role editor, and that cannot be delegated.
